At least one week prior to the initial appointment, call your pet’s vet to email all medical records to: [email protected]. Note: we do not FAX.
Unless otherwise waived by the veterinarian, all pets must be current on rabies vaccination prior to treatment.
One person needs to be present during the visit to assist as needed.
Cats — trim nails (!!!) and secure in an escape-free room PRIOR to appointment.
Treatment area should be a quiet space where your pet is most comfortable, with no other pets or distractions present. The first level of your home is preferred, with easy access and minimal stairs.
Give all medications as prescribed by your regular veterinarian.
Have treats readily available.
If possible, let your pet eliminate prior to the appointment.
ONLY pets with a scheduled appointment will be seen.
Please have the name of your internet network and Wi-Fi password handy, so we can securely access your pet’s medical records.
Flexibility: Due to the nature of a mobile practice, appointments may run early or late. Every effort will be made to arrive at our scheduled time. However, please allow for a 30 minute window BEFORE & AFTER your time slot.
Typical Appointment Time Frames: Initial Appointment: 1–1.5 hours Follow-up Appointments: 45 minutes to 1 hour

Due at the time service is rendered. THERE IS NO BILLING.

Confirmation and Cancellations: A text will be sent within 48 hours of our scheduled appointment date/time and must be confirmed with a reply. Three (3) confirmation requests will be sent.
If no reply is received after the 3rd request, your appointment will be CANCELLED.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be assessed a$75 cancellation fee.
